Your Application Process Made Simple

We strive to make your move-in process as simple as possible.

Here’s what to expect:

Step 1: Submit Your Application

• Complete our online application through our secure portal.

• Each adult 18+ must apply individually.

Step 2: Screening & Verification

We conduct a thorough but fair screening process that includes:

• Identity verification

• Credit and background check

• Rental history verification

• Employment and income verification

• Criminal background check (case-by-case basis in compliance with applicable law)

Step 3: Application Review

Once your screening is complete, we will review your qualifications and notify you of your status. In some cases, additional documentation may be requested.

Step 4: Lease Signing & Move-In

• Approved applicants will be invited to sign the lease electronically.

• First month’s rent and security deposit are due prior to move-in.
